Slowly, but surely


After 18 years of work in Central Australia, my colleague David celebrated the release of a Mini-Bible in Anmatyerr, which has about half of the New Testament.

Pray that having the published books in one volume will encourage Anmatyerr people to use the translated Scriptures in their own language, and inspire more people to help with Bible translation.




And at the other end of the NT, in Arnhem Land, students from Gawa Christian School had a go at translating some of Genesis into Djambarrpuyngu, using the PEV. See the video below.

Pray that God will raise up more young people to do Bible translation in Aboriginal languages.
